Finance Clerk/Officer **URGENT**

 Roles and Responsibilities:
  • To prepare the financial and management reports, tax computation and budget;
  • To prepare daily, monthly FRR reports and regulatory reports;
  • To manage daily accounting operations and handle full set of accounts;
  • To handle cash flow and client money; and
  • To support all ad hoc projects assigned by the management team.
 
Requirements:
  • University or above with CPA qualification is an advantage;
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in securities firm;
  • Knowledge of HK Equities and Derivatives, Global Futures, Global Market;
  • Able to work independently with strong sense of responsibilities;
  • Proficient in PC knowledge, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Chinese word processing is essential;
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills, attention to details & problem-solving skills;
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, and fluency in Putonghua is a must; and
  • Immediate available is preferred.

Officer / Assistant Manager - Settlement ​ **URGENT**

 Roles and Responsibilities:
  • To ensure the smooth running of department’s daily settlement functions and the daily operations comply with policies and procedures;
  • To prepare the daily settlement operations and review all the necessary reconciliations arising from the relating securities operations;
  • To ensure that all trade dealings are properly and correctly reflected into the system. All discrepancy needs to follow up and resolved according to the Company’s guideline;
  • To ensure accounts and settlement services instructions from clients are timely and efficiently executed;
  • To ensure the client’s transactions, statements and settlement reports are all properly updated on a daily basis;
  • To ensure all necessary change are updated and reflected in the clients’ portfolios;
  • To provide the necessary back office supporting functions to the Front Office Department;
  • To liaise with CS team on the updating and handling of account opening documentations;
  • To follow up on daily stock holding reconciliation;
  • To follow up on daily unsettled client transaction;
  • To handle corporate action event matters;
  • To communicate and liaise with Finance Department and RO to resolve any daily issues; and
  • To participate in system implantation UAT and ad-hoc projects as assigned.
 
Requirements:
  • University or above;
  • Minimum 4 years relevant experience in securities firm, practical experience on both equity and Global Futures’ operations is essential;
  • Knowledge of HK Equities and Derivatives, Global Futures, Global Market;
  • Familiar to the Central Clearing and Settlement System (CCASS), Derivatives Clearing and Settlement System (DCASS) of the HKEX;
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills, attention to details & problem-solving skills;
  • Able to work independently with strong sense of responsibilities;

Customer Service Associate **URGENT**

 Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Execute day-to-day securities and futures trading orders placed by client and serve existing clients;
  • Cooperate with risk control officers for real time monitoring and discovery of client risks;
  • Ensure the timely and effective execution of risk controlling measures;
  • Provide data assisting risk department to justify margining standard;
  • Assist compliance department for timely reporting and ensure all transaction in compliance with relevant rules and regulations set forth in regulatory bodies;
  • Establish internal guidelines and code of practices;
  • Ensure complete capturing and proper storing of client orders and fills records;
  • Occasional day/short trip to mainland for client meetings may be required; and
  • Shift duties is required.
 
Requirements:
  • Qualified representative license for RA1 & RA2 under SFO;
  • F. 5 or above or equivalent qualification;
  • Min. 3 years dealing room solid experience (HK Market, China Market and/or US Market);
  • Strong in online trading and customer service experience;
  • Familiar with equity commodity futures and financial futures and options;
  • Experience in Esunny overseas futures trading system is preferred;
  • Monitor customers' immediate risks and implement the company's “transaction risk management approach”;
  • Excellent analytical skills;
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, and fluency in Putonghua is a must; and

System Engineer **URGENT**

 Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and enhance in-house applications / programs such as application monitoring tools, reporting tools;
  • Manage and investigate production system issues with system vendors and follow through the cases;
  • Plan and execute test for system upgrade with documented result as according to standards and procedures;
  • Participate in infrastructure projects and implementation work;
  • Assist in keep tracking IT assets with proper inventory control on record keeping, maintenance and related documentation; and
  • Monitor computer operation (system and network) and be able to identify and react to failures.
 
Requirements:
  • Degree holder or above in Computer Science or related disciplines with CCNP is advantage;
  • Min. 3 years solid experience in system problem solving and production issue investigation skills are essential;
  • Working experience in investment bank, brokerage or trading system vendor is an added advantage;
  • Exposure to websites, content management system, mobile solutions, monitoring systems or reporting tools is preferable;
  • Basic knowledge of trading & settlement system infrastructure, system server administration (Windows and Linux) and VM Ware / Citrix is preferable;
  • Experience in using bug or issue tracking systems is an added advantage;
  • Exposure in using network products and protocols such as Juniper SSLVPN and Firewall, Checkpoint, F5, IronPort, Cisco Router and Switch, TCP/IP an added advantage;

  • Knowledge relating to margin financing trading is a plus;
  • Customer oriented, good interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Proactive, self-motivated, willingness to accept additional responsibility and challenge;
  • Night shift will be required to cope with the future business development;
